Our identity as christians should be projected to every aspect of our lives. A genuine believer cannot be one that raises his hand against members of the family. Love should take care over everything. Domestic violence has a lot of negative impact even on the kids. Kids are not meant to see this kind of display from there parents. Such a family makes it obvious that they have not let Christ take over in their home. When we have Christ in our homes we will be concerned about doing His Will.
