Hello Splinterlands warriors, how are you today? Hopefully the cards you bring into the arena always “click” with your strategy… and don’t just end up as expensive decorations in your lineup 😄 This time I want to talk about a monster that, honestly, when I first saw it… I was a bit confused about what it even was. But that weirdness is exactly what caught my attention. Its name is Phlegmunculus. Phlegmunculus is a monster from the Earth element, originating from the Divine Construct bloodline. And the first thing that made me raise an eyebrow was this: It only costs 2 mana, but it has two types of attacks: melee and ranged. Seriously, 2 mana with two attack types? That’s like a buy-one-get-two deal. Even at early levels, it’s already quite flexible. And once it gains the Close Range ability, it can still attack even when placed in the front position. Conceptually, it’s like a “mini hybrid attacker” that can fit into almost any team composition. Now, what made me even more interested i
