Today I’m posting the second part — more kites, more sky, and even more of that unreal tropical energy. The International Kite Festival in Pattaya 2025 turned the entire beachfront into a living, breathing gallery in the sky. Pattaya is already vibrant on its own, but during the festival it feels like the horizon itself joins the celebration.
