For us to calm a depressed teen, we as an adult must show love and caring to the depressed teens. Young people often face fear, pressure, and confusion, and Scripture reminds us to bear one another’s burdens. Galatians 6:2 says, “Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.” It simply means we should love and listen to them whenever they share their problems with us.
