Yesterday, to make the most of the last sunny day of autumn, we set off on our bikes. The weather was amazing, and the scenery was colorful and soothing. After about twenty minutes of cycling on the paved road, we entered a dirt path that felt more wooded and forest-like We stopped there to drink some water and take a few photos. I can’t say it was really difficult, but I could have had a better cycling experience if my bike chain hadn’t been rusty. Our bikes need servicing, and the specialized repair shop is a few hours away. We should take a trip there one of these days. Still, it was good as practice and for staying prepared. I truly feel lucky to have a partner who encourages and supports me in activities like these. We really click with each other. It’s amazing!
