Early 50th birthday present from my wife! It came a bit early, but that is great, because obviously this sauna kit takes a bit of time to build. This is a six person sauna kit from Costco. It features Canadian Red Cedar wood and a 240 volt six kilowatt heater from Finland. Even the rocks for the heater come from Finland. I had to move the kit into garage, because this sauna is intended for the Whidbey Island and unfortunately Costco doesn't deliver this particular kit to the island. So I would have to rent a van and load up this 1000+ pound kit into it and deliver it myself. I am also going to build it myself and install the dual pole thirty amp 240 volt breaker into the panel and run a 10/2 Gage wire from the panel to the power box on the sauna. I like how the rocks came in four boxes of fifteen kilograms each.
