Me and all my relatives have been saying forever that we need to go on a proper vacation together. We live in Butuan and we are always busy with work or school, so when we finally said “let’s just do it let’s head to Bohol!” nobody said no. The drive there took ages but honestly? With everyone chatting and joking around the whole time it flew by. We were all arguing about where to go first some wanted to see the river right away others were already thinking about food! When we got there wow. The photos we saw online don’t even do it justice. You know those pics with the super green river water and all the trees and coconut palms around it? Yeah, it’s way prettier when you are actually there. We rented a boat one day to go up the river and it was so chill the wind felt nice the sun was not too hot and every time we turned a corner there was something new to look at.
