Source We always say to start something new or to step out of an established comfort zone. The first step is always the most difficult. To an extent, I do agree with this statement, as we have to give up what we are familiar with doing, something that we have know very well, to restart a learning journey, to enter a zone of unknown, the biggest fear of it all, I would think is the fear of failure. But what about giving up? When we are in the middle of somewhere is actually the time phase whereby we are suffering the most. Perhaps this is the time we would very likely to want to give up, but it is always the most painful stage to give up. Why? My interpretation is simple, as for us to be able to reach the middle of somewhere, means we have put in considerable amount of effort to hit midway.
