“Can You See Me Now?”😇 The weather outside is “Hit or Miss”, and it looks like my photos on yesterday’s post were also…….. a miss!🙄 I believe this glitch has been fixed my friends!🤗 Cot watched through the window today, as Dad wheeled wheelbarrows, full of tools and baby trees into the backyard……. Silvertop was planting!😊 I had spots picked out already, all I needed to do, was to dig some holes…….and for the weather to cooperate Lol!😅 Normally these seedlings come “Bare Rooted”, this year at the tree sale, they had a supply of trees that were grown as “Plugs”. Bare rooted seedlings can suffer transplant shock much easier than plugged seedlings. Even short exposure to air can dry out the roots, and be detrimental to the root system! The roots stay intact with a plug, giving the plant a much better chance of survival!
