Here is the last day of the year and the first day of the new year for this #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay My wife and daughter set up a home-made advent calendar counting down to Christmas with a bit of flour playdough and some beach stones from Lake Michigan. My daughter loved waking up every morning to place a new stone. We lit the candle while she opened presents. Meanwhile on the train the Metra went all out for Christmas decoration. For some reason they went with a Marvel comics theme though. The outside of the train looked like this, very bright in the cold gloom of winter around here. In this photo its only like 7am but it looks pitch black outside. Meanwhile on another car they added a few more Marvel characters besides just Spiderman. I think I was one of the only few to go downtown to work the last week of 2025. This is the old post office that got converted to offices. Its usually filled with people but here I am with maybe 10 other poor souls looking for lunch in the food c
