At the beginning of my trip through this country, I visited The Middle of the World, where you can stand with one foot in the Northern Hemisphere and the other in the Southern Hemisphere, and paradoxically, the last place I visited here was a similar spot: the Intiñán Site Museum. A perfect ending, you might say. Un cierre perfecto, se podría decir. I went on this outing with Karina, a Chilean girl I shared a room with in Cuenca and ran into again in Quito. At the Intiñán Museum, a name that means “Path of the Sun” in the Quichua language, there are lots of interesting things to see and do, so we had a really fun afternoon.
