Do you know a turnip, guys? Nowadays it's a real quest to find it anywhere. I was lucky to see it in the only one place in the whole city! It's a great pity it's not popular and widely used now because it's very healthy and tasty. Turnip was one of the main vegetables for Slavic people during long centuries of their life and history. It was replaced by popato only some centuries ago, and my ancetors didn;t accept this change for a long time. why it was made and for what is an open question though I think it's clear for people who looks a little bit deeper than the official history tells... Potato is poor in vitamins and its benefits are poor as well. But the damage from it is vivid. Turnip is just the opposite but now it's forgotten and lost in times, and it's a great loss for humanity. When I found turnip, I was glad I could add it in ration of my family instead of potato. Now I add it anywhere I can. For example, today's supper is a vegetable dish with turnip, onion, carrot and cabba
