I wish you all a beautiful and delightful day—a day that feels as gentle as a cool breeze and as warm as the first rays of the sun. Here on our beloved Margarita Island, the weather continues, as always, to treat us to that eternal summer that has become part of our identity. It’s a constant embrace of light, warmth, and clear skies that accompanies each of our days. Today my husband and I got up very early, almost at the crow of the roosters, because we had to do our work routine on the motorcycle. The thing is, the Margarita sun is unforgiving; it’s so fierce and intense that it’s best to take advantage of the morning, when you can still breathe in the cool air and the heat hasn’t yet fallen with that relentless force of 2:00 p.m. At that hour, anyone feels the sun sinking so low that it seems too close.
