Winter has no colour in the Huairou district where I live, everything becomes dead like the hay with brown in colours everywhere I visit in the area. The grasses on the ground become the first prey of the freezing winter, and then the trees and all the surrounding area get this deadly colour in the nature. But this colour has its own charm with an attraction to the ground and the plants. But with the arrival of the spring everything changes dramatically with the insane level of greenery everywhere. I often do some outdoor activity in the very rural areas of the Huairou district, where I find it is a very peaceful district of the Beijing municipality with serene beauty and pure natural vibes. These photos are from a riverside area in the rural Huairou district, and it looks so beautiful even in the winter season, with no other colour except the dried grasses.
