Hello Hivians and all you beer lovers. It's Saturday nope, it's actually fluffing Monday evening when I am getting around to finishing this post and hitting publish! It was Sunday afternoon when I started! Which means it's #beersaturday, well for me at least it does! And what a weekend it has been! The old four seasons in one day malarky! Sunday's Beer Saturday It was actually a celebration, I am sure some of you might be able to guess from the title.... If not here goes ... In Scotland we called children as Bairns... So you might think my title was celebrating with a beer after spanking the children!!! *But ... The Bairns in question are Falkirk, who are nicknamed the Bairns... The nickname comes from the old Burgh of Falkirk motto: "Better meddle wi' the de'il than the Bairns o' Falkirk."
