A Rainy Day but Still an Active Day 🌧️ Hello dear Actifitters and friends, I hope everyone is doing well today and staying safe wherever you are. Sending warm greetings to all the Actifit community. Here in Abbottabad the rain has been falling continuously. Actually it started the day before yesterday and still it has not stopped. Sometimes it becomes light and sometimes heavy again. Because of this long rain we cannot really go outside for walks or outdoor activities. Normally I like to go outside and enjoy a walk, but today everything was wet and the weather was quite cold. So today became a home activity day. Even though we were limited inside the house, we still stayed active. In the morning after breakfast I started helping in the kitchen. Cooking itself becomes a kind of activity. Today we decided to make biryani, and that took some time and effort.
