It seemed like I got involved in some unlucky projects that just didn't make it. But from the looks of it, it rather seems that this fate is shared now by essentially all other ALT coins as well. Many, many projects with good fundamentals, a strong community and a strong use case are now down to the "failed" 99%+ levels, which makes them dead "on paper". The good news is that I didn't just pick the unlucky ones since all coins have or are currently failing. The bad news is of course that all of the money I ever put into Crypto is essentially toast.
