It has now been raining almost non stop for 4 days and I am relieved to say that we are nearing the end of the downpour. Only about 24 hours left of relatively light rain ( if we can trust the weather forecast ), before the sun returns. . No matter how important all this water is for nature - and our garden - we don't need a 100 hours of it in a row and it has been very cold ( close to freezing ) most of the time it rained The cold and humidity combined are just a bit troppo/ too much. Not just for us humans but also for the flora and fauna around us. It's a little bit of a shock to the system, to say the least. Especially after it seemed like Spring had already started. .
