Today I went to a peruvian food restaurant near my home here in downtonw São Paulo, Brazil. It is located in Galeria Metrópole, a kind of gallery, mall or shopping center opened in the 60's in the modernist style. https://img.leopedia.io/DQmTDAMG96GTLLZ3TKH9k6BBDv5NRSKVVg7Aq9BVkkHMPd9/DSC2474.jpg This is one of the 11 restaurants from the Rinconcito Peruano chain in the city. I remember the first opened 20 years ago in Rua Aurora, a degraded no go zone of downtown, a small space hidden in a second floor that still exists. But this unit is in a charmfull gem of Brazilian architecture and gardening style in front of Dom José Gaspar square. https://img.leopedia.io/DQmUegpgp1gf8QKgo3tL8k8MCZnfJEoTsKunX3F27cifiuc/DSC2475.jpg Rinconcito offers the typical Peruvian food that they helped to popularize in São Paulo, ceviches, causas, lomos saltados and chaufas. As usual I choose the Arroz Chaufa Mixto (Chaufa rice with chicken, meat and eggs). https://img.leopedia.io/DQmV5NEuyzTqexjut63gEisGaH3
