Lead image created using CANVA Yesterday, we celebrated my niece's first ever birthday on a beach found in our town in San Remigio, inside the beautiful island of Cebu. I had my classes during that day, but I decided not to report to class so that I could spend my day with my family and make sure my niece would receive her first ever birthday memorably, with us being complete. Also, we had another thing to highlight that day—it was my boyfriend finally meeting the whole pack and being introduced as part of our family. Two important things happened that day, and until now, I still get butterflies and joy in my stomach, knowing this week is memorable and extravagant. We started the day by going to the market and bought important ingredients, searched for food, and had a birthday tarpaulin printed at the nearest and cheapest printing shop.
