This publication was also writen in SPANISH and PORTUGUESE. Harvard Business Review Dreams. We all have them (to some extent). Some are bigger than others. Some are smaller than others. Some are easier to achieve, just as they can be very difficult. The big question here is what do we do (in terms of action, in real life) to make them a reality? What paths do we choose to make it really happen? I know these are difficult questions to answer, and this fuels a very important reflection so that we can better understand our own desires and limitations. In the middle of all this come goals and objectives, and along with dreams, this combination needs to be well redirected so that we can build the road that will lead us to the "finish line". There is no similar (or even identical) path for each person. The journey is always individual, as are our own needs. However, if we don't know what we want, we have to accept what comes our way because we lose the right to choose (which, by the way, is
