It was April 13th and I took a long walk in the morning. When I was coming to school, I walked and cycled at the same time. Then I walked about five and a half kilometers and cycled more than three kilometers. In this way, I reached school. Then I walked in school. Then I came home. Then I walked after offering Asr prayer. And in this way, when offering Maghrib prayer, I walked and I crossed more than 13,000 steps. This is a great achievement. I want to say one thing here that if you want to keep yourself healthy, then to improve your health, we have to walk. If you ride a bicycle, you will also remain healthy. If you walk every day, you will also remain healthy. At least, we should walk two kilometers every morning and evening because this is very important for our health.
